Website Block by MCafee

i have been figuring for about 3 hours, i can't seem to go on http://bs.playone.asia/  ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

and i have check the security History and i think it has block BlackShot - Never Closed, Never Stop , Never Die , Stay Alive Since 1, Sep 2015

how do i even allow this website? can someone really tell me how to unblock this website and allow it, i keep having  ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT. really pissing me off.
