Firewall keeps turning off

I am also having the same problem where my firewall keeps turning off every 5-10 minutes, can you help me?

What is the operating system you are using ?

Do you see both base filtering service & windows firewall service in the services.msc ?

If both services are visible then the services should be in started & automatic
