Hi team

Safe family stopped working after the first day and no one has provided me with a solution after I asked for help.

This product is clearly not fit for purpose and I would like a refund of my money so I can get something that will work.

May I Know if you have contacted support for this issue since you have stated that your issue wasn't addressed?

I have already asked for help (see above), provided the information requested and got no reply.

I don't want to have a product that isn't going to do what it states. How can I trust my kids are safe on their phones when they aren't with me?
