data traffic inside and outside network

Hi All

I am looking high data traffic passing on outside port and low data traffic passing through inside port as clear in attached screenshot.Can anyone guide me why this is happening as port pairs are connected with firewall DMZ section?

Inbound and outbound traffic graph not identical usually. Example - for a single request packet you get more than one response packet when a file is downloaded.

Kindly elaborate if you are having any issues.
