can't Manual Import signature

When Manual Import signature,It show "The file is being uploaded to Manager by another user. Please try again after some time." Worthy of note,Manual Import signature is

successful before .  besides, for another NSM,Manual Import signature is successful(the same signature file),who can help me? thanks!1.png

Havent tried this one yet but maybe you could see this task in the 'Running Tasks' under Manage Tab > Troubleshooting to see if your first try is still 'in progress'.

Have you tried restarting your NSM (server or svc) and re-initiate the import? I've experienced some scenarios where my running tasks got stucked and says a never-ending 'in progress' result.
