Hello,

Please can you confirm which NSM software version you are running.  There is a KB article that mentions that Network Security Manager Automatic Callback Detector Updates Impact due to End of Life for GTI API v3.

https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB94411

The article mentions Automatic Callback Detector updates will stop effective August 31, 2021 on NSM software versions, earlier than the following:
9.1.7.83
9.1.19.38
9.1.21.40
9.2.9.60
10.1.7.35

If your NSM software version is earlier than the versions above, then you need to upgrade to make sure that Callback detectors continues to update automatically.

If you can't upgrade the NSM, you can still go to https://downloadcenter.mcafee.com/products/botnet/ to download and import them through the Manual Import page in the Manager.
See the "Manually import device updates" section of the NSP Product Guide.
