What is happening with the McAfee Business Support?

It looks like the McAfee Support is get really slow in dealing with Service Request lately (like 1 week to get a P3 ticket assigned to a tech). Am I the only one to have that impression ?

I have noticed the same thing. It took over two weeks for McAfee support tech to get back to me about an open case.

Take this question up with support manager. We won't be able to answer for them...chances are either the ticket got overlooked or they were busy with calls. Call ins are a higher priority than web tickets. just my 2 cents from when I was working for NSP Support.
