As far as I know it's using the standard ports for http /https (80 / 443)
The SigSets are downloaded from;
Callback detector / Botnet updates are downloaded from;
GTI queries need access to;
What version are you on?
Are you seeing any errors in the log files?
Search the ems.log file for menshen.intruvert.com and see if there are any errors.

I just installed the Manager and i didnt add the devise (Sensor) yet
couldnt find the ems.log
Go to Manage > Troubleshooting > System Log and select the Tail option.
The EMS log will open in a new window.
Once it finishes loading go back to the Download Signature sets option and watch for errors in the log file.
I guess this is what happened

I haven't seen that before. I was expecting something like a communication or time out error.
Do you have other NSM's that can update successfully?
What hardware are you installing the NSM software on, does it meet the minimum requirements?
Probably best to open an SR with support for this.
Were you able to resolve the issue?
Can you connect to the update server from a web browser?
i cant still download updates
i guess its because the server does not have internet connection
Do u know which port being used for downloading signatures
Cause for security purposes internal servers wont be provided with internet in our company unless through specific port
