Already check the connection between manager and update server and they pass the test.

Faizan has given the solution, adding few points to the same,

Kindly make sure that -

> DNS server is reachable  from the manager  and the sensor.

> If you are using 8.8.8.8 as a DNS server, make sure Sensor / Nsm management's Ip  address has connectivity to the same on port 53.

> Make sure to Bypass these Url's from the SSL scanning engine on any upstream firewall/Proxy

Hi,

In the Network Security Manager, check for ems.log file and filter keyword for 'http' or 'error' that should give you a list of URLs having a communication issue.

In general, it is best to have the following URLs allowed:

avqs.mcafee.com

avts.mcafee.com
download.nai.com (for callback detectors)
menshen1.intruvert.com (signature download)
tau.mcafee.com
tau-europe.mcafee.com
tau-usa2.mcafee.com
tau-usa1.mcafee.com
tau-usa.mcafee.com
tau-asia.mcafee.com
mwg-update.mcafee.com
