I have upgrade the NSM to 220.127.116.11, and an error is coming with
- Automatic Signature Set Download Failure
-Scheduled Callback Detectors download failure
Already check the connection between manager and update server and they pass the test.
and the server have an internet connection.

Kindly make sure that -
> DNS server is reachable from the manager and the sensor.
> If you are using 18.104.22.168 as a DNS server, make sure Sensor / Nsm management's Ip address has connectivity to the same on port 53.
> Make sure to Bypass these Url's from the SSL scanning engine on any upstream firewall/Proxy

In the Network Security Manager, check for ems.log file and filter keyword for 'http' or 'error' that should give you a list of URLs having a communication issue.
In general, it is best to have the following URLs allowed:
