Unable to view anything on performance chart.

Unable to view anything on performance chart, however packet capture shows data and event logs shows the traffic is being successfully processed.

Any idea on what could be wrong?

Please help!

Hi Devashish,

What is your NSM Version?

Did you see any error in esm.log?

Note: All performance charts are disabled by default. To view the device usage values, performance monitoring has to be enabled for data collection. You can directly navigate to the Performance Monitoring page from the respective performance chart metric by clicking Performance Monitoring Settings
