Unable to deploy changes to IDS

When attempting to deploy changes from my NMS running 9.2.9.53 to my NS3100's running 9.1.5.9 the deployment fails.  The error in the ems.log shows the following (abbreviated):  

"An error occurred while downloading from GTI - ………..Error occurred during http connection made to the URL  https://gti-api.mcafee.com and the error is Internal Server Error."

The URL resolves to 216.203.40.94 and I see the connection from the NSM leave my firewall without issue.  As a side note, this is a fresh install of the NSM and aside from adding the sensors to the NSM I haven't been able to do any type of configuration/software deployment to them.

Hi @WGOKC 

GTI fault and deployment fail are two different issues. GTI fault will not cause any deployment failure.

 

Regarding, GTI fault do you see DNS traffic from Sensor leaving the network? GTI file reputation queries works along with DNS traffic.

For deployment failure, deploy the changes from Devices tab (not Global tab) and check the popup window status to get more details about the failure.
