We have two nsp manager and transition database from A to B manager .
B Manager is new install , so not any data .
When transition database complete . this nsp manager attack log hasn't any data.
so we use kb86158 , but solrimport haven't choose any thing like kb step 8 .
what happen in this problem or another way can do .

Hi Abel,
Kb86158 is applied when you upgrade from one version to higher.
In your scenario what you should have done is to do a full back up on A,
archive of the alerts on A and then restore them on B (after fresh installation.
That should have address the situation.

in the attack log interface not any log .

To view historical alerts, it is necessary to do solr import.
Kindly follow steps:
1. Run query in NSM db to know alert days count select timestampdiff(day,min(creationtime),now())+1 from iv_alert;
2. Depending on your manager version, move or rename the existing data folder from the following location:
For NSM 8.x, 9.1 earlier than 9.1.7.77, and 9.2:
8.x: Program Files(x86)\McAfee\Network Security Manager\Solr\conf\alerts\data.
9.x: Program Files(x86)\McAfee\Network Security Manager\Solr\server\solr\alerts\data
For NSM 9.1.7.77 and later:
8.x: Program Files(x86)\McAfee\Network Security Manager\Solr\conf\alerts\data
9.x: Program Files(x86)\McAfee\Network Security Manager\Solr\server\solr\alerts\data
4. Stop manager and watchdog service [confirm there is no java.exe running in task manager]
5. Navigate to \Installation Path\App\bin directory and start solr import SolrImport offline start days=<number of days>
Note: Number of days will be output of step 1. If the count is high it is recommended to have alerts for 15-30 days.
6. Start manager and watchdog service.
