Signarutes not updated in NSM 10.1. getting this error The Manager was unable to download the latest

The Manager was unable to download the latest signature set from the McAfee Update Server as scheduled. Error Message: PKIX path building failed: java.security.cert.CertPathBuilderException: Unable to find certificate chain.. Shall i follow the KB59373 for NSM ssl web certificate replaced?

Hello @User58227858 

The error you are getting is due to Sectigo root certificate expired. 

Kindly follow below KB - 

Network Security Manager impact due to Sectigo Certificate Expiry on May 30, 2020 (mcafee.com)
