Recently we have upgraded our nsm from 9.1.7.77. to.9.2.9.55 after unable register the product

Recently we have upgraded our nsm from 9.1.7.77. after unable register the product. showing connection timeout error on the NSM manager. We have internt access the NSM manager still we cant able to register the product. while registering product showing cert ificate error . JSSE cert. Due to that reason singatures not getting updated Please help us to address the issue.

Hi @User58227858 

 

If you confirm that your NSM has internet access then please apply the following KB

https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB92951

The new certs are included at the end of this KB.

This should solve the issue, however, If the issue persists, make sure that SSL traffic is not decrypted between the NSM and our McAfee Servers,
