I have two NSM (primary and secondary).
On the secondary management is the problem in question.(view attachment). Management Primary ALL OK.
I can open Threat Analyzer(in the secondary Management), list of alerts is displayed, but when I try "Show details" action on any alert, I got error: Alert unavailable.
So the problem is only not showing alert details in any Threat analyzer (real-time and Historical).

Is this happening for all of the alerts or just the latest ones?
Have you checked your database tables for errors?
Have you tuned the database recently?
Does the same error appear when you access the RTTA directly on the manager server? If not, do this:
Create a file, %USERPROFILE%/McAfee/NetworkSecurityManager/<NSM_IP>/ThreatAnalyzer/ta.prop
In this file, add the following:
This will increase the timeout value of the TA to 5 minutes. If this does not resolve the issue, or local access does not work, reach out to the support team for assistance.
