Re: NSM GUI is not accessible

What's the NSM version you are using?

I would suggest you backup the MySQL database with the dbbackup utility on the NSM\bin folder and then rerunning the installer for the same version you currently have installed.

That should fix any potential file/Java server dependencies.

Re: NSM GUI is not accessible

Hi Chris,

Did this happen after an upgrade or any other type of maintenance?

Have you checked the windows logs for any errors?

Try setting the NSP services to manual startup, restarting your serrver and then manually starting the NSP DB and Manager services.

Re: NSM GUI is not accessible

How are you trying to access the GUI? External System or from the Manager Host?

Re: NSM GUI is not accessible

Hey Chris,

Did you ever find out what the issue was? What version of NSM are you running?

I've had a couple of similar issues on 9.1.

Thanks

Peter
