Hi Guy,
anyone experience that the NSM manager service is up but the login page of console are not prompted. i check in netstat -na. there is no port 443 is listening. try to restart services and reboot server also not helping.
worst is the ems.log and emsout.log is not capture anything. - it stop capture ANYTHING even i restart hte services.
of course case have log to support but hope to get some answer here as well if possible.

What's the NSM version you are using?
I would suggest you backup the MySQL database with the dbbackup utility on the NSM\bin folder and then rerunning the installer for the same version you currently have installed.
That should fix any potential file/Java server dependencies.

Did this happen after an upgrade or any other type of maintenance?
Have you checked the windows logs for any errors?
Try setting the NSP services to manual startup, restarting your serrver and then manually starting the NSP DB and Manager services.

How are you trying to access the GUI? External System or from the Manager Host?
