NS7200 DEvice Throughput Usage %

Hi, I'm reviewing the Device Throughput Usage % performance chart within NSM for a NS7200 and have a query. Is device throughput usage % a percentage of the Aggregate Performance or Maximum Throughput (UDP 1512 byte packets) value in the Network Security platform data sheet. I've reviewed documentation but am unable to find the answer to this. There is a big difference in the 2 value so its key that I look at the correct one. Thanks Ross

I think device throughput usage % a percentage of the Aggregate Performance of the device.
