We have a ns 7100, but a "CP write error: No space left on device " show when boot up

Did you upgrade the Sensor software recently that caused a reboot?
In order to verify the disk space, kindly reach out to the support team because they can log in to the backend of the device and confirm the disk space.
Before reaching out the Support you can try to perform a Power Cycle (remove all power cable(s) - keep device idle for 2-3 minutes - reconnect the cables) and re-validate if the login is successful.
Post power cycle, if the Sensor doesn't go beyond 'Starting application. Please wait for login prompt...', a re-image of the appliance might be required. This again can be confirmed by the Support Team.
