McAfee NSM Attack log issue

Hello community,

I hope you can help me with this. A few days ago I implemented an NSM and an NSP without problems, I was able to perform the basic configurations and it is in mode Default Testing. All good until then. however, when accessing the Analysis> Attack log menu it tries to load that menu but without results (I have waited up to 10 minutes and it cannot load). Searching the McAfee KB I found the following:

I did the procedure and it did not work. Has it happened to someone else and knows how to solve it?

The versions used are the following:

NSM version: 10.1.7.35

IPS-NS7100 software version: 10.1.5.92

Hi @mkcs12720 ,

Please try to create another user, with Super User privileges, and see if you have the same issue with the new user. (You can also try to use another user that is already created in your NSM)

Also, you can try to reset the GUI presentation from another user for the user that has the issue.

Reset the GUI Presentation:

  1. Open NSM.
  2. Select the Manager tab. Click User and Roles, My Account.
  3. Click Reset GUI Presentation.

If the issue persists, try restarting NSM services.
