Intel Security McAfee 300 Series

Dear Support,

Kindly I need your support , I have two Intel Security McAfee 300 Series ( Node 1, Node 2) and every time I access them using Console port with Putty Apps but Now I can access only Node 2 Nod 1 not show I try restart Node 1 but still not accessible !
