I can't capture packets in the attack log.

Hi everyone,

I can't capture packets from the attack log since March 2022, I have confirmed that packet capture function is enabled in the policy.

Has anyone encountered this problem? How can I fix it?

NSM version: 10.1.7.35.11
NSP version: 10.1.5.75, NS model: NS-5100

You may try restarting of manager service and check. If restart doesn't help, kindly raise a service request with support team.
