Expired root certificate

Hi All

I am getting issue when I try to run connectivity checks on nsm server that is given below:

Server: menshen1.intruvert.com
Port: TCP 443
I/O Error: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: java.security.cert.CertPathBuilderException: Unable to find certificate chain.

Should I need to replace the certificate on mlos server?

You could try and replace the certificate by performing steps in KB92951 - Network Security Manager impact due to Sectigo Certificate Expiry on May 30, 2020.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, then the recommendation is to review your proxy settings to determined whether the issue is related to the proxy which is blocking the certificates and in turn affects the SSL handshake.
