EIA causing Microsoft Application Error events

I have a number of clients that have the following error.

Faulting application name: eiaRaptorClient.exe, version:, time stamp: 0x591d7e1e
Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 10.0.18362.267, time stamp: 0xc00f8a30
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x0000000000016a36

Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\McAfee\Endpoint Intelligence Agent\x64\eiaRaptorClient.exe

They then have loads of Windows Error Reporting events

Fault bucket , type 0
Event Name: APPCRASH
Response: Not available
Cab Id: 0

Problem signature:

Its not on all clients so I dont think its policy configuration issue.  Does anyone know what this could be caused by.

This is an issue with EIA and Microsoft 1903 patches.  Both the older version and the newer both cause errors when 1903 is applied to an endpoint.


Is there a fix in the pipeline for this.
