Don't use the email option as it is by far the slowest means of communication. I have tried to call McAfee in UK, but the line seems to be always busy.
I am really disappointed by the inadequate means of communication the company provides its customers.

From my experience toll-free numbers such as 800- type are not directly dialable from another country, but you can call them if you have a VOIP client installed on your computer using the country code followed by the number minus the first 0. For that matter they may also be dialable on a regular phone that way, I haven't actually tried but don't forget to omit that first zero ("0")
