Are you a McAfee subscriber? Do you manage your subscriptions and licenses via McAfee's online "My Account" features? Please provide feedback regarding McAfee's "My Account" features or other online features that you like or provide feedback into our product development cycle so that McAfee can improve its online services to customers.
I do not see a way on "MY Account" to change my login password. Also, we received an email that we had 5 licenses paid for but were using 7. That was not true. We replaced some of our home laptops and desktops recently. Why does the site not recognize only the ones used all the time? Thanks!
1 It would be nice is when you deactivate a subscription for a PC it dissapears from the list. As it is it hangs around if you do not remove it correctly.
2. Using same name on 2 PCs will cause subscription issues. Not pretty.
