Keeping McAfee subscription as was before system recovery

Jump to solution

Last night I had to perform a system recovery on my Lenovo. I had a subscription to McAfee LiveSafe, but after installing Windows 10 again I'm left with a free 30 day trial and no clear way on how to take advantage of the months I had left. Logged in to my account, the only option I can see is to setup a subscription anew.

Is there any way I can setup McAfee to keep running on the previous subscription?

Best to call customer service . I would have expected that your account would be showing the current subscription.\
