Hi, I have bought a McAfee Live subscription. I went to the link that was in my confirmation email to down load the product; but it tells me that I do not have a product. Can someone pls tell me what to do. I am lost and feel that I am cheated
Was your purchase directly from McAfee? You can contact Customer service via the Link below my Signature.
(Third Link) Is there by any chance you remember the (CS) Purchase Number, you will need that to help assist you.
It should be in your confirmation email.

I assume that you are referring to McAfee LiveSafe subscription You need activate the Subscription before using it. Please let know whether you purchased a Retail CD or an eCard to proceed further.
