I've purchased a renewal subscription (got a deal for 21 Euros instead of 80 Euros through an E-Mail from Mcafee) on February 5th. I chose direct debit as a payment since I do not have a credit card. Because I don't have a credit card obviously I didn't add that information into my account either. I typed in all my bank information but ever since I bought it my profile states that the payment is due. Doesn't MCAFEE have to do their part now and take the payment out of my account since I chose direct debit? I haven't received a warning or anything but I am starting to get a little worried. Shouldn't they have taken the payment out by now?

I might add, that upon contacting Customer Service, select Country for "Direct" customer Service. For example U.S.
