I am trying to get a refund for an automatic renewal of virus software.
The customer service chat option does not appear to be working, is anyone having or had a similar problem. If so, can you recommend the best option to proceed to retrieve a refund.
I have been a Mcafee customer for many years and this is the first time this has happened.
I have it installed on three PC's at home, but after this I will never use them again.

Tried calling them? They are there day time Mon-Fri at least in your area?
Hours of Operation: 09.00-18.00 local, Monday through Friday
Though I just registered to your country's chat and got on. Maybe it was down or wrong time
