I have been using McAfee Anti-Virus Plus for quite some time and up to now have had no complaints. After combining all of our devices into one account (5 licenses), removed two licences and changed some of the computer names etc., the program is telling me that my PC (the name of which was not changed) is unprotected. A glimpse at my subscription information tells me that protection on all of the following devices is active and current:
RECS, RECS-NETBOOK, URSULA, URSULA-NETBOOK, KIDSROOM
At the moment, I am only experiencing difficulty with RECS.
Any help you can give me would be very much appreciated!
