I have a problem with i think Mc Afee mobile securety
since i have the app installed on my phone ( first a Samsung Ace end now HTC one mini) my rigtone volume is somtimes on silence.
However when i checked de volume's everthing is on its loud's as possible.
Somtimes the phone is working normal, than suddenly on compleet silence and somtimes he's only vibreting.
I misted a lot of calls by this action i dont wanted.
I make a hard reset on the phone en he's working phine, and after a phew weeks i wanted to begin instal de app's again. one by one.
to finded out witch whan is the "troubelle maker"
So after 1 mond i instal Mcaffee as fist and only at that moment. now its happening again.
Is there somewhone with the same problem or nows how to fix this???
Did you ask the tech?
I find it a big problem !
I even buy a new phone because i thought that it was broken.
and send the new phone back for repair 3 time's, they cant find anything of course
Now they give me a new one.
Brand new and the same problem, that's why i start searching.
After i set the phone to the factory settings the problem was solved.
I used it "clean" and empty for +- 1 mond without any problem.
3 days ago i installed Mcafee again, and the problem is back.
let us hope that they find anything.
We keep each other informed.
I blamed my car phone holder pushing in the volume buttonI have a cover that I felt protects the button well so your post interests me.
Yes asked him to comment as to see if he has seen this.
It happens mostly when I am out or returnrd from a drive/shopping never sitting on the bench so it might be different to yours.
I've tried different things.
He did as he lies on the table, in my pocket, at work in my overalls, ..;
even looked or horizontally, vertically, under or top part,
even encountered something on a site because of automatic screen locking rail
In any case, I can not provoke
I type as I think it is right
Otherwise google translate
I have checked this with Support and would advice to contact them from below link to proceed further. This seems to be a new unseen issue and needs to be investigated further. You can contact McAfee's Mobile Support for free.
