No device found

Use McAffee Security. In the menu there is an inscription that the device is missing. He went into his account and a list of devices is empty. What should I do to my mobile phone appeared there?

Please let us know where exactly you can see ‘that the device is missing’ and ‘list of devices is empty’? Is it your web account?
