I can't even turn my phone off or enter a PIN to unlock it. I also can't get a PIN from sent to the email it is registered under because in order to log into my gmail I need a text verification code...which I can't exactly access right now. Not only that, but the screen says to return the phone to the owner and ends in saying "thanks, bitch". How can I resolve this??
