If I turn GPS on, my phone only has about a 2-hour battery life, so I leave it off when I'm not actually using it. But McAfee keeps alerting me to a problem when it's off. Yes, I know perfectly well that McAfee won't be able to find the phone if GPS is turned off -- but it won't be able to find the phone if it's turned on, either, because the battery will be flat. Can I disable this feature, because it's useless to me and keeps crying "wolf"?
I have All Access installed on my Android tablet and GPS is off and I haven't, as yet anyway, been nagged about it.
Although I tried to reproduce this I couldn't. The only thought I have is that, on your online web account page, is Continuous Tracking turned on?
If so try turning that off and see if it fixes the problem.
Other than that all I can suggest is contact Technical Support through the link below. (free by phone or online chat)
