I have recently tried to install the Mobile Security on my Samsung S4 Mini. I get so far, then a warning comes up when I try to log in saying that this device is already registered to another email address.
After advice from McAfee technical team, they advised me to reset my phone due to the same hardware ID and that it is an issue with Samsung. However, after contacting Samsung and wiping/resetting my phone, this has not solved the issue.
Has anyone else come across this problem or knows how to solve it?
