The phone is with vodacom in South Africa. I installed Protect Vodafone supported or designed by mcAfee. I took the sim card out and put in another sin card. the phone then locked itself. it asked for a 6 digit pin. I could not remember my pin. it said go to the web site. I went to the website. the website asked for a pin. I tyed in forgot pin. The website then asks for my Cell no. the locked cell phone then gets the unlock pin. So I am cought in a catch 22 and Vodacom in South Africa does not know how to help. Does anyone in McAfee know who I must contact in The world to sort out my problem as you are linked to the security program
Moved this to Mobile Products as a better spot. I have no idea what to do in this case but Technical Support should be able to help you.
