I have a Total Protection Subscription that is valid to 9/2008. But the mobile site has a separate account number (my phone number) which doesn't seem to be tied to my Total Protection subscription. How do I get the mobile account to stop asking me to subscribe to something I already subscribe to.
I am also getting an error message when looking to update virus definitions. I am currently on v 1.1.2 and when I go to manually update the definitions I keep getting a server unavailible. How do I fix this?
