I bought a phone for my daughter today from a very close friend. Before giving it to me she did a factory reset and now it's asking for a pin. She doesn't remember even setting up this service her pin or even the phone number to the account. I am lost now I don't know what to do. I have tried chat 6 or 7 times and after about a 10 min wait it always said the console closed my chat out. I know the phone isn't stolen or anything like that but how do I get my pin? We have tried and now it says 4 more incorrect tries and we will be locked out! Please help!!
My phone is new. I must have used a trial app. Samsung S7 locked 2 mths now. The trial has expired and sim acct closed. At which point I changed the sim and it locked. No buddy no internet. If you say there is a free all number for assistance - can I have it for UK ? Tech support does not recognise my mobile. I've logged in w my other mobile no joy cannot find an unlock override. Frustrated.....
