We have setup a AV policy ( via HTTP Application defense group / HTTP Application defense ) that control file uploading to a server . Unfortunately large file upload start to hang..
What setting within the policy should I be looking at and what is responsible for the file uploads hanging ?
What exact version and patch level are you on?
$> cf package list
What settings do you have under Application Defenses -> Virus Scanning?
What settings do you have in the HTTP Application Defense -> MIME/Virus/Spyware (tab) that is used in this rule?
How large are these files that start to hang? Are they archive files (zip/tar/etc.)?
Is this a physical firewall or a virtual firewall (in VMware)? If this is a physical machine, what is the model number? If this is a virtual firewall, how many CPUs/cores are dedicated to this firewall and how much memory is allocated to it?
