LSHA multicast MAC addresses

We're preparing to move from peer-to-peer to LSHA.  However, we have a couple of clusters that have VLAN interfaces, multiple addresses per interface, or both.

For VLAN interfaces, is a multicast MAC address based on the VLAN interface or the parent interface?

For interfaces with multiple addresses, is a multicast MAC address created per IP address or per interface?  If the latter, which IP address determines the MAC address used?

Finally, are there any special considerations for VLAN interfaces with multiple addresses?
