error message e150 when verifying info

I have installed the software ok then restarted my computer to get a verification window asking for user ID and password. When I try to sign in with these details I get an error message as follows: Internal error E150 has occured. If I close this and try the icon on the toolbar it tells me "user is not an administrator" and I can't sign in here either.
Anyone help????

I keep getting this as well but can't get anything out of McAfee or BT as how it is solved - did you get it resolved?

Hi - Can you please provide us more information about the version of software you are using. Have you downloaded it from McAfee.com or have you received it with the ISP software?
