I've been trying to login as admin into Family Protection. I received the username and password from Mcafee, which matched what I thought it was. I've entered it verbatim and I keep getiing invalid username or password. When I try to do a remote login using a separate computer (without FP), I get the same message, even when I do a cut and paste from the Mcafee e-mail with the username and password. I've verified that caps lock isn't on. I've had success logging in as admin in the past.
Any ideas as to what I could try next?
