IP Pool of Cloud Bridge

Hello,

Where can I find the IP/POOL of the cloud bridge for those URL

api1.eu1.soc.mcafee.com
provision.manage.mcafee.com
validatetoken.manage.mcafee.com

Our firewall does not work with URL, we need a IP, but since there are AWS the IP are dynamics how can I handle this ?

Thanks for your post!.

Unfortunately this can not be achieved.

They are hosted by AWS like you mention. IPs will always change. if you wants to get the blocks of IP every day or hour, Sure you can. but when they run into connection issues it will be on you to resolve.
 
Please check the below KB article and see the resolution part:

Resolution:
  1. Allow proper communication to the McAfee Cloud Bridge. Add the following FQDN exceptions to the firewall:
  2. Depending on the region specified on the MAR Workspace Configuration page, add the following FQDN exceptions:
  3. After the exceptions have been made, perform the connectivity tests listed above again. 
    If they still fail, contact Technical Support.
     
  4. Link the McAfee Cloud Bridge account in the ePO System Settings

Thank you for your response, Unfortunately I know this KB and this is why I was asking here, if you had some similare issue with others customers. Since we are not able to use the URL we need to find a way go get the IPs (Script with nslookup maybe ?) Just wanted to know if you have others solutions ?

 

I may contact the support to know if they have another idear.

 

EDIT : Script with NSLOOKUP is the solution.
