Today I received a popup from "voicefive," and when I clicked the x in the upper right to close it, it took me to the following site: Site removed by Mod Totally obnoxious!, and I do not want anything to do with this company.
(1) Anyone know if "voicefive" is a risk that could potentially harm my computer?
(2) Can Mcafee software prevent it?
I was surprised my Mcafee software did not notice or do anything about this. I hope this can be addressed.
BTW, I have Mcafee Total Protection on my PC.

The site Peacekeeper suggested is a Excellent source for removal. After following the guidelines, dependent upon your individual McAfee Suite, ( I use McAfee Total Protection) you can block VoiceFive and all other persistent tracking cookies (Of your choice) by choosing to use your "Parental Control" Features.
This is a Powerful Tool, I might add if you choose to utilize that option. Block "Malicious " sites in that (Category) as well.

If you have not removed it yet can you run getsusp adding your email addy to its preferences so mcafee can detect it as suspicious and update their detection.
