Can someone assist in reading results of Getsusp? Attached are both files that were created. Need to remove as I can't get mcafee virtual technician installed again to repair my security center. Keep getting error message while downloading that program stops responding and windows will shut it down and notify,....etc,.....
We aren't qualified to read Get Susp results as they contain details of your setup as well as scan logs. They are all submitted by the software directly to McAfee for analysis, but if a member of McAfee staff happens by here then they can.
If you feel you have malware present and the regular software isn't clearing it all, try some of the tools listed in the last link in my signature below.

Nothing malicious reported in the GetSusp scan logs.
However from the files reported in the logs - it appears GetSusp is unable to talk to McAfee Global Threat Intelligence. Which is why you have so many unknown and suspect files being reported during the scan. If GetClean could talk to McAfee GTI - then none of these files should get reported as GTI already knows them as clean.
What are the symptoms of the machine? Any desktop firewall running that could block GetSusp from talking to GTI?
Sorry for delay. the firewall is running through mcafee security center. However it shuts off at random and also the real-time scanning. Had been infected with Win 64/Patched A; backdoor generic15.cgsy and generic 29.anpx - plus lots and lots of malware, unwanted toolbars etc, that the virus and trojans downloaded... Have been cleaning and cleaning system with everything known out there. Mcafee has not worked since the infection was noticed. GetSusp was the last thing to try as the Mcafee virtual technician will not install and am pretty sure that the security center has been comprimised/damaged and that something is remaining hidden on the computer due to the remaining problems with mcafee security center - would really like to check it with the MVT. Tried deleting the mcafee viturtual technician and re-installing it but windows comes up saying that a program has stopped it from working - will notify when a solution is available and then shuts it down. Getting ready to delete mcafee permanently and try another antivirus software program unfortunately her mcafee doesn't expire until the 14/07/2014. (should mention the computer belongs to a friend of mine.) Must mention that did get the MVT working in Safe Mode - but says that no Mcafee products are installed - would I like to download,....and the security center is not in the list of available things to download.Message was edited by: wich01 on 9/1/13 6:13:57 PM CDT

and reinstall from her account
