,

To ease your mind and get a 'Second Opinion'. Try running Malwarebytes (Free). To keep it free follow the instructions before Downloading/Installing. This Superb Tool and others can be obtained from here:

To go one step further, run the Latest McAfee Stinger as well. (Read how to use)

As long as your McAfee User Interface is 'Green', and states you are secure. You should be OK. If there are no quarantined files, and you still have 'McAfee Security Scan Plus' uninstalled. Hence is the reason I suggested you running both of those Superb Tools.

In addition, as recommended in prior posts, you can also run the latest 'McAfee Virtual Technician' to assure your software is functioning properly.http://mvt.mcafee.com/mvt/en-us/downloadindex.html

it's red... says i'm at risk...

it's always this way...

whenever it says there's an issue

it expects you to find it

and search all over until you do

instead of telling you directly what it is...

Re: scan: issues found

If I may, is this your 'Action Center' showing 'Red',or your McAfee UI? In any case, I recommend running the MVT, If you still have issues, I would perform a Clean Uninstall/Reinstall by following the Guidelines/Instructions here:

How to uninstall or re-install supported McAfee products using the Consumer Products Removal tool
