CD, thank you so much for your assistance. I used the Malwarebytes that you suggested and the pop-up adds have disappeared. SO AWESOME! Thanks again for taking the time to help:)
Glad that all is Ok now

I might add that you can keep Malwarebytes (Free) onboard as a 'Compliment' to your McAfee Anti-Virus/Anti-Spyware. It is designed to work along side and is compatible. To keep it ( Free) simply avoid Accepting the Free Trial/or enabling the Pro-Paid Version.
Always Update the DataBase before scanning.

Unless you uninstall your McAfee product you can not remove the pop up ads.
I was getting the same thing on a 10 license AV product. The popups started happening making it look like my license was about to expire, it turned out it was pure advertising. I contacted support via a chat session:

It is just to inform you about the renewal offers from McAfee.

I am really sorry, these are auto generated pop ups from McAfee servers. Have you gone through the offers. McAfee is providing exiting offers to the customers.

I am really sorry that it was annoying for you.

if you get the pop up again then please close it.
Update, "Phillip" from Mcafee called to do a follow up. I told him I was disappointed with Mcafee, this will affect my renewal of this product. He kept pushing the product, trying to convince me how this was to my benefit, how good it was Mcafee was offering me excellent service, and this is an automated service.
I told him over and over this is not correct. I bought Mcafee the only reason the product should be prompting me about the product was if something was wrong, NOT to be used as an advertising ploy.
He continually kept "advising me" how this is to my benefit.
I finally told him, thanks for not fixing my problem and hung up on him.
I do not suppose you have McAfee Security scan installed? This installs in some adobe updates if you miss the option to not install. It can/may nag you .
As I said before I have Mcafee Antivirus (plus) installed, with 10 licenses. So your saying I should install/buy security scan so it does not nag me? This again proves my point.
