From what I can see this may be a browser hijacker that may have been inadvertenly downloaded or bundled with some third party software.
I do recommend to everyone it is imperative to make sure your computers and browsers are updated with all recommended security updates and any programs like Adobe and Java as well. Many folks use browsers like Firefox and Google chrome and prefer them over Internet Explorer but McAfee relies on IE to be updated even if you choose to not use it.
Let us know if any of these programs or suggestions get rid of this hijacker
I moved this to Malware Discussion > Home User Assistance as a better spot for it.

As k3tg recommended try running the Superb (Free) Tools available through the link provided. In Todays Computing environment, even when one pays close attention to what we Download/Install we can still pick up additional Bundled software.
Sometimes even when one even goes as far as reading the (EULA) agreement, Which the majority of users (Don,t) the program involved cleverly adds it with-in. Fellow Moderator Hayton has written an article on how so scrupulously Malware has catapulted.
There is a "Removal Guide" that can be located with-in the following Link:
Please be informed that this particular Site (Specializes) in dealing with such.
I might add that a Restart will be required to entirely remove all Remnants.
In addition, I (Solely) use Internet Explorer 11 and (Never) have any issues with exploits/infections. I personally elect to use it as my Browser of choice, for that reason plus with the (Constant) frequent Version changes, and Crashing prone instances, with Firefox/Chrome. I don,t need the hassle.
I formerly was a Firefox user, yet when they started their every (6) weeks updates...it simply caused too many issues with "Add-Ons"
Having said all of this, between us Mods we choose to use each one, as our Browser of choice. I simply personally have to take a stand for the (Bad Rap) Internet Explorer 11 gets...when all Browsers are suceptable to being compromised.
Wishing you all the very Best,

Chalk it up as having (One Grand-kid pulling on my leg, While Another yelling at the very top of her lungs..(Pizza Hut) ! That,s my Excuse/Story and sticking to it...Lol.
Having said that... All suggested advice is basically the same, by using the same Removal tools.
